Standards and Fees

Thank you for considering our community as your future home. As part of the application and leasing process, we want to ensure full transparency regarding potential fees.

Application fee per applicant: $125.00
Security Deposits: $300.00 - $600.00 - one-month base rent.
Administrative fee: $200.00 due at move in
Garage Remote: $65.00 each
Gate Access Card: $35.00 each
Pet Fee at move-in non-refundable: $400.00 1st pet, $200.00 2nd pet
Monthly pet fee: $20.00 per pet
Storage: $55.00-$75.00 monthly
General Parking: $25.00 monthly
Reserved Parking: $50.00 monthly
Valet Trash: $30.00 monthly
Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest Control: Varies monthly billed 30 days in arrears
Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest Control billing fee: $6.75 not to exceed $10.00 monthly
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $50 per billing cycle
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the third (3) of the month, is 10% base rent.
NSF Fee: $75.00 plus applicable fees
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one-month base rent + 60 days notice

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max pet weight 55 lb each | One time Fee $400

Comments: Nonrefundable pet fee is $400 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet due at move-in. Monthly fee is $20 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 35 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Perimeter Gardens at Georgetown is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
